A boat under construction at the Freshwater boatyard at St Mawes. The boatyard was famous for building Gigs and also the St Mawes One Design sailing boat.
Started by William Peters in 1838, the boatyard is still open today.

This road became a dual carriageway. To the left the ground was used to build a Housing estate and Redruth School on far left. A new are of housing is currently being built on upper right in 2023.
